Two fresh promo mixes from Goth-Trad, one of the most innovative producers working at 140. Seriously. I know the word ‘innovative’ gets abused more than any other descriptor in music journalism, but nobody deserves it more than Goth-Trad.

The first is just 20 minutes, and definitely a production showcase. It includes both tracks off his forthcoming Deep Medi single (Behind the Glass/Born to Know) as well as the best cuts off his New Epoch LP and his gorgeous Submotion Orchestra remix.

The second mix is promo for his Friday appearance at London club Fabric. More representative of his DJ sets, this one is packed with VIPs and deep cuts from his catalog as well as a handful of tracks from other producers. At 48 minutes, it’ll leave you wanting more, but you’ll have a great sense of what his performances are like.

Well, sort of. I just heard that the next time GT comes through the states, he’ll be playing a live hardware set. Who’s gonna book him? Deep Space, round 3? Reconstrvct surprise guest? Subverse? The Bunker???? Can’t wait to find out.
