Outlook Fest Lineup announced, tickets ON SALE NOW

Partial lineup for Outlook Festival has just been announced, and it looks to be huge as ever.

Tickets are ON SALE NOW (since yesterday actually). Get em HERE. £135 (that’s $210 + booking fees). The complete initial lineup, along with all the basic info, is up on the new Outlook Tumblr. Dimensions Festival Lineup was also announced, but skews more heavily towards house and techno, so for the time being I’ll decline to comment.

As for Outlook 2012 tho, here’s my personal hilights:
Kode 9 – the teacher. lookin forward to class being in session.
Zed Bias – living legend.
Pearson Sound – gorgeous sound on a god-like system? yes plz.
DMZ – always a nuthouse
Boddika – YES. so much yes.
ONRA – the beatmaster – hopefully on some live mpc biz
Phaeleh – his beach-at-dusk set last year was legendary
Soom t – such charisma! only caught 1 song by her last year; riveting.
Disrupt – the gameboy dub don.
Submotion Orchestra – their set last year was simply breathtaking. proud to say i was front row center.
Author – one the albums and collabs of the year. no idea what LIVE means but i’m exctied.
SP:MC – w/o a doubt, the best emcee at Outlook last year. This guy is really about “moving the crowd” and being a true “master of ceremonies” not just “mic control”.
Biome – love every mix this dude does, I’m sure his live set it choice
Gold Panda – albums are super refreshing, hopefully his live set isn’t a letdown
Kuedo – ditto to above
Kid Kanevil, Elephino and Blue Daisy – stoked on the beat scene representing.

No complaints – killer lineup as always. BUT if the Outlook Gods are listening, then I’d like to just make a request/recommendation of a select few US artists who would make stellar additions. I know you guys don’t get over here as much so I hand picked a few:

– Archie Pelago
– Sub Swara
– Distal
