10 YEARS OF GRIME: Spooky Bizzle, Starkey, Dev79, El Carnicero, Star Eyes, more tba at Palisades [12AM/$8-12]

The whole Slit Jockey gang – Starkey, Dev79 and El Carnicero are gonna hit the road for a few dates alongside London badman grime OG – Spooky aka Spooky Bizzle. And its gonna be a ruckus! Even Resident Advisor is hype about it!

The mini-tour coincides with the ten-year anniversary of Slit Jockey Records, a pioneering outpost for grime music in the US. The label, run by Starkey, Dev79 and El Carnicero, also dropped its 10 Years of Grime compilation last week, a set which includes tracks from Mella Dee, Mr Mitch and DJ Cable.
