Thanksgiving must have come early in the WOMPiverse, because there is a mf’n CORNUCOPIA of hot mixes this week.

First off we have the wobble-don himelf, TIPPER, with his 2011 Promo Mix. Nobody can really fuck with Tipper – he’s been doing his own thing since before anyone ever heard of dubstep, and continues to perfect his own unique style. Pressha, who is an old school lazer bass magnate, mixes volume 9 of the Simplify Records mix series. For those of you shaky on your modern bass music subgenres, don’t be fooled by the Midtempo/Moombahton tag, this right here is pure glitch-hop, at it’s finest. On the dancehall side of things, Mungo (of Mungo’s HiFi, pictured above) dropped a Dubspot mix that is pure irie bliss from start to finish. Finally, I  totally slept on the most recent installment of the Sub Swara podcast, so even tho it’s technically their Halloween mix, it’s way too good to not post this week. Sub Swara have been pushing smart, savage global bass music in NYC for years now, and are criminally under-appreciated.
